Following the tragic bus accident that happened near Verona, Italy on January 20, 2017, in which 16 Hungarian citizens, mainly high school students lost their lives and many other injured, the Government of Hungary declared Monday, January 23 as a National Day of Mourning. The public is invited to sign a condolence book at the Embassy of Hungary (299 Waverley St., Ottawa, ON K2P 0V9) on January 23 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, January 24 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and January 25 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
